To get your issue fixed, we request you to run AVG remover tool to remove the traces of AVG and then install AVG Ultimate back in your pc to get your issue fixed. To run AVG remover tool follow the below steps :

Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Product and remove it.
Ultimate commplaining it cant find the licence. ZEN doesn't run can't get to licence re-activate Tried to remove AVG from computer to re-install per AVG suggestion, but windows 7 removal stalls withh error codes. Used AVG free for years with no problem so upgraded to Ultimate, and now $120USD wasted. Order numbers etc upon request if required.

NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
Then press Widow key + R on your keyboard and type "appwiz.cpl" and hit enter. From the control panel choose AVG Zen and uninstall it from your pc.
