Hi,
I have just downloaded AVG ultimate and all went well. It didn't flag up any conflicts but now I am getting messages that it is in Passive mode.
I click on Fix It button and it asks me to restart my computer which I do, then it reverts to saying its in Passive Mode. I am going around in circles.
Can you help please?

I understand your concern. Please check if you have any other security software installed in your computer. If there is any, please remove the same and then check if that fix the issue. If you do not have any other security software, then please open AVG Internet Security installed in your computer, click on Menu->Settings->Troubleshooting->Passive mode. Click on Passive mode and disable this option.
