Well not only has it disappeared from my subscription list but it HAS affected the functionality of my installed product. I am being asked to upgrade to Pro, my sub is no-where near expiring !!!

Still having issues with AVG, too many things I can't do now, I've only got the trail basics.

Once again this solution did not work (and this was the third time AVG Support proposed this solution). The problem is that my Ultimate Subscription is not shown in my AVG account. Therefore when I try to activate a new download as per your advice nothing happens! On my PC AVG Ultimate continues to be shown as a 'trial' version even though I have an ongoing subscription (six plus months remaining). WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT SHOW MY SUBSCRIPTION AND ALLOW ME TO ACTIVATE THIS PROGRAM?
