I have recently purchased AVG Ultimate, but my subscription is not being recognized upon logging in as administrator. I have removed all previous versions of AVG Using the AVG Removal Tool, and I re-installed AVG Ultimate. It still does not recognize my subscription, and the subscription is not listed in My AVG Account. I am running Windows 10, and I have never had this issue in the past with an AVG product. I am looking for next steps to resolve this issue.

Thanks for the response, but my installed AVG Ultimate product is not being activated. The activation process is not working.

Thank you Karthikeyan, and I have already followed these steps. I have already removed the AVG product and reinstalled (as per previous posts). The problem is that the dasboard is still stating that the product will expire (see screen shot). I am logged into my account, but the full version is not being activated. My order # 701-7224298 on March 22nd.
