AVG Ultimate that will not load

We'd like to know more about what happening with your AVG? Please note that AVG Ultimate does not require a license number as it is activated using your AVG MyAccount email address and password.

Does your AVG program reports it is running as a trial version despite of successfully activating it? Please make sure that you have completed the activation as per the instructions below:

1. Open AVG Internet Security or Anti Virus Free.
2. Click on My AVG -> My Subscription.
3. Click Login. (If that is not an option, click Logout or Remove license to see it).
4. Type in your email address and password, click Login again.

Last year I purchased the regular AVG protection.  Now I upgraded to the AVG Ultimate with unlimited personal protection. The AVG system does not recognize their own licensing code.  I purchased the new license from Best Buy who has always been reputable so I image the error is with AVG.  So I am out the licensing cost with absolutely no coverage.  I am very discouraged with AVG to say the least!  Do not ask me for a review it would be very negative!
