The above product was purchased from retailer & was installed in multiple computers. The product key   is still valid till 24 April,2023. Unfortunately I had uninstall AVG ultimate from the laptop due to some technical issues.
While re-installation, I'm continuously getting the prompt, the product code has expired. Why this is so ,even if  the product license is still valid for more that one year ?
Appreciate supports from the customer service.
