Can someone tell me why my old (what i assume was) Ultimate subscription has not been fully upgraded to ultimate (Multi user ) ?.
i now have the 10 user limit but no access to vpn without paying more with the current activation code.
The subscription was renewed last month.

Let me clarify this for you.
Apparently you have purchased the AVG Ultimate before the decide of adding AVG Secure VPN to the AVG Ultimate was announced.
Even though it was renewed last month, the subscription you bought has only renewed and not the VPN included one.
