Update on Sunday - now both laptop and desktop have issues.

Laptop - disable AVG temorarily and I get access

Have to do system restore on desktop - but then same problem when AVG updates. 

Keep getting Local Area Connection failure - will not let me enable the Driver

Cannot seem to uninstall AVG.

Anyone els having problem? Using Windows 10
