AVG Ultimate Upgrade not listed

Hi

If MyAccount does not update with the AVG Ultimate subscription, how do I get the rest of my phones and PC's to see the subscription?  I am nearing the point of demanding a refund as 24 hours later and I am still struggling get AVG to see the subscription I paid good money for.
The "resolution" that was emailed has not worked ... still showing "Free Version" and not Ultimate I paid for ....

Please be informed that the products purchased via Google play store cannot be viewed in AVG My Account. It can be viewed only in Google play store(My profile).

I have paid for a subscription to AVG Ultimate via AVG on Android and the subscription is showing as successful on Play Store subscriptions and on the Play Store details for AVG.  The AVG app is still showing it as the free version and asking for upgrades with annoying ads.  MyAVG shows no subscription for any product and the links to assist with missing products are useless and have no useful information regarding subscriptions through Android.

How do I activate AVG Ultimate on my phones and PC's?

I have had significant issues with this as well as the Zen app and AVG support is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. However, he you have loaded the free app you should be able to upgrade it automatically by logging in to your account on your phone. Once you do this it will update internet security and the cleaner app but not Zen.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please be informed that if you purchase AVG subscription through Google PlayStore then it will not be available when you log into AVG my account.
The Google purchase can be viewed only through Google PlayStore app. However, you can still install and activate the paid subscription of AVG Ultimate for all devices.
You will receive the email reply from mobile team on how to proceed further in activating the subscription on your mobile and also how to activate the subscription on PC.
Please keep checking the email to know about the status.
