AVG Ultimate VIP now AVG Ultimate?

This is about  AVG Premium Tech Support - Total Care but wasn't on the list
.
I have been billed and paid twice for Premium Tech Support.  I paid $221.91 on 12/14/23 (for one year) and paid $221.91 on 8/11/24.(for one year) when I needed help with my computer. She wouldn't help me until I paid for the Support again. Can you apply the August payment to the December subscription? 

Also, not one of my subscriptions is listed and I have several more with AVG.

These are only 2 of the problems I need help with but they will be addressed at another time…
