I am trying to resolve my issue since yesterday.
And I only see "cut and paste" of same text, while since beginning of august the issue's with ultmate haven't been resolved.
It is a structural issue that ZEN /ULTIMATE can't be used to add new devices because it isn't working.
Instead copy & pasting and ask to mail support that isn't able to resolve the issue the same business day, you might be better of resolving the STRUCTURAL issue and no one has to find your forum and see how incompetent and bad AVG actually is.

Hi,
I purchased AVG Ultimate yesterday and already I'm regretting my decision, installed onto my PC no problem.
I then attempt to add an android tablet and phone, I input the relevant email address to send the invitation to, the trouble is the other devices never receive the email.
I then add AVG to my other devices via the play store and attempt to login to my AVG account, however I get the message "unable to connect to the server, please make sure you're connected to the internet" which I am, obviously, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to download AVG from the play store.
Also if I log into my AVG account via my PC and click on more information on the Android products included with Ultimate, I get taken to a 404 error page, not great is it?

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately the issue is related to both my PC version of AVG and Android.
I am sending an invitation to my android device via AVG on my PC, however my android device is not recieving an email from AVG, my email account on my android device is working fine, so there is an issue with AVG not sending the invitation from my PC to my android device.
