I just posted on here that maintenance does not finish the whole scanning process because the "disk defragmentation" never works…just this circle that goes round and round forever.
Tried again just now, and the maintenance is not working at all. I am not happy with this product.

Finally, the maintenance started up, but it never defragged.
I did a "Repair" before contacting you, and it did not change anything.
I think maybe I should re-download the whole Ultimate/Zen program. Is there a way to do that?
