My name is Antoinette L. Smith. I believe it was on Sunday, May 21, 2023, when I called to have AVG Ultimum (Highest Level Protection) installed on my PC. I spoke with Lala who helped me set up my account and get my PC ready to install AVG (Highest Level Protection). When Lala completed her portion, she transferred me to John Paul in the technical area. He completed the installation process and AVG Ultimum (Highest Level Protection) was now correctly working on my PC. I noticed that approximately four icons were added to the front page of my PC. One of those icons was "Run and xxxxxxx", I can't remember the full name. I was told by Lala to use that icon when I was finished on my PC for the day, and it would check for any maulware or other invasive conditions on my computer. These icons have just disappeared from my screen. I've also received various kinds of messages telling me that my protective license has expired due to lack of payment, or payment process. Another message said my device's power is being lowered rapidly by unwanted messages. I don't understand. When Lala was working with me to pay the amount of $200.00+, using my credit card, we received approval on my card. This is a good card. Why has this happened? If I can't get this package to work on my PC, and any money was taken from my account, I would like it returned to me.
