AVG unable to remove *32 bit virus

Hi,

I have installed AVG Pro. Antivirus is upto date. 
But it is unable to remove virus exe *32. All installing/running exe are now showing as .exe *32.
Even AVG antivirus exe's showing in task manager as .avgui.exe * 32
Please help.
