Please click on this link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to uninstall AVG completely from your computer.

NOTE: Please run AVG Clear first and then run AVG remover tool

Once you completely uninstall AVG, click on this link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Ultimate to download and install latest version of AVG Ultimate.

Hi

as we learned that AVG does not update the software automatically we tried to renew the installation. unfortuntaley several times the installation was interrupted after app 75%.
as this happens repeatingly we are not sure if the money is completely wasted as we ran the system without any AVG security for weeks - not getting any information from the software.
Any help available for the runtime error and how to overcome this issue
