I paid $99.99 for the 3-year Tune-up Unlimited (Invoice #***********). When I open AVG, it keeps saying I must renew in [27 or less] days, yet my subscription does not expire until May of 2020!! I need this fixed!! (This is my fourth complaint on this matter in 2 weeks, yet no resolution!!)

I see that you have upgraded from AVG PC TuneUp to AVG TuneUp Unlimited.
So, we need to remove the existing product and install the AVG TuneUp Unlimited.
Please uninstall the AVG PC TuneUp by following the steps provided in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-uninstall-AVG
Once uninstalled, please install the AVG TuneUp Unlimited from http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Performance
