AVG Unlimited HELP PLEASE

Do you mean your AVG says it is not installed on the PC when you check it from an android device but you have AVG installed on the PC? It could be an issue with the user interface of AVG on your windows PC. Please try to run repair installation of AVG protection on your PC once and then check if the issue is resolved.
To repair your AVG please follow these instructions:

Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
Select AVG Protection in the list of programs.
Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
Select Repair.
Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
Restart your computer.

I just renewed my subscription with the purchase of the new avg unlimited via retail. After install on my PC I have a couple issues that dont seem right. First, when I open avg zen and navigate to internet security, the menu, minimize, and close link do not function. Second, I look at a connected device (android) open zen and it shows avg is not even istalled on the PC in my first issue. WHAT IS GOING ON???
