AVG unlimited license in my account is not being recognized by the product

I see from your record that you have an active subscription of AVG Internet Security Unlimited only till 2/28/2019.

Please share the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of your AVG MyAccount page where it shows the 735 days expiry date to assist further.

From a few days to now, I am receiving a message in Avg Internet Security unlimited just about my license expiring in x days but when I log into my AVG account, it says that I still have 735 days available as a pro license.
I am using the same account in the product but it does not seem to recognize it. Why does this happen?

To be sure, are you trying to log into your AVG MyAccount with the e-mail address (ricardo****@hotmail.com) used for AVG community? 

If yes, please revert to that e-mail with the requested information to proceed further.
