I have an AVG ultimate subscription that gets renewed annually. Because my e-mail service provider is terminating services, I updated my AVG account with my new e-mail email address. When I now logged into my account, there is a message that I have unsubscribed from my AVG ultimate subscription. I have never unsubscribed. How can I get this rectified?

I am getting same behavior after I changed my email address. Subscription shows as expiring.
