I bought a 2 year subscription for AVG Untimate and I thought I had installed the progrm.  It was runnning through the scan and suddenly it said the installation failed.  It completely froze my entire system up and now it won't do anything.  I even purchased the $20, "Let the professional install" but then it kicked me out of the internet and I cannot find the phone numer.  Also I cannot open my e-mail to get instructions.  Does any one have the phone numer o call.
