On 4/22/2019 an upgrade for AVG was taken out of my account.  I had declined the offer earlier as I was not satisfied with the product.  At this time my money has not been reimbursed to my account, this is very frustrating as there is no one to talk to and there is no action being taken.  Will you please check on this and fill me in on this matter at hand.
