Hi Rajendra, I have already done that and with AVG temporartily disabled the internet connectivity works correctly. Obviously accessing the internet with AVG disabled is the very time when you need it so that solution is not an answer. What now?

The update of 25/06/2015 is blocking my internet access. I have sorted through all other options and the only positive finding is that AVG is causing the problem. How do I resolve this without uninstalling and losing all my exceptoin settings?

I have been into the AVG Options to see the IP addresses and have removed one which was not needed. I have no idea what the IP address of my internet connection is but if I compare the two they are similar in structure to my desktop IP addresses. I have no idea about IP addresses and do not want to remove or change them in case it gets worse.
Since the problem seems to have arisn from you 25/06/2015 update can't I get that reversed?
And, if you had remote access to my system you could fix the problem, since it appears to have been caused by AVG.
