We are sorry to know that. It seems that the Windows installer service must be stopped in your computer. We suggest you to open the services tab and see if the "Windows Installer" is set as running in your computer. To open "Services Tab" follow the below steps.
* Use the keyboard shortcut “Windows Key + R” and the “Run” window will open.
* In the text box, write “msconfig” and press Enter or OK and the MsConfig window will open.
* From the list of tabs, select "Services" and search for Windows installer service.
If it is stopped, please start the process or if it is already started, please restart the same.
