Hi, I am trying to update my AVG free version but I get a message saying installation in progress stop installation to update? I am not running anything? I recently upgraded to windows 10. I have a message saying my computer isn't protected…what do i do to correct his please?

Sorry to know that you are still having the update issue. I request you to re-install your AVG antivirus program to fix this issue. Please run AVG remover tool based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) to completely remove AVG and then re install.
