John,
We understand your concern, it seems that Firewall of Tinywall is blocking AVG from updating its virus definitions. Please add AVG to the exception list of Tinywall to avoid further issues.
Solved!
For others. After Adding the below file the updates are running normally. Not sure if we need to add others also.
C:\Program Files (x86)\AVG\Antivirus\setup\instup.exe
I am unable to find this information in the forum.
I have the latest free AVG antivirus program Ver. 17.4.3014.
I installed a new firewall called tinywall, Managed to get all the other programs working except for the AVG Updates. It is only working when I turn it off.
Is it possible to let me know what exceptions I need to add for it to work and all the other things needed for AVG to work on the internet.
I have added a link showing the exceptions I added with no success.
