You are still having the old 2016 version for which we no longer provide updates.
In-order to install the latest version, it is necessary to remove the old one as we have made a major change in the program engine.
Uninstall the old version control panel as mentioned in this http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 article.
Run AVG remover tool which is available in the above article and click on "Run Anyway" option when it appears.
Complete the removal process and restart the PC.
Install the latest version of AVG Internet Security as mentioned in this https://goo.gl/LYUXfg article.
