Running Windows 7 Pro 64bit using IE 11 and Chrome web browsers no problem for years until I update AVG Internet Security from Ver 19.7.3103 to 19.8.3108 and then I receive a application error 0x0000005 when trying to open either browser. No matter what I do I am unable to fix it, the only way is to do a system restore and everything works fine. I have tested it many times and the only thing that cause the error is the AVG update.

I'd request to make sure your browsers are up to date, then update AVG to latest version and verify the issue.
