Thank you for taking the time to write back. Looking into this, I believe i have made an error and bought the wrong product. I was looking to purchase the full AVG membership, however i have bought the multi device membership by accident. Appoogies on the mixup. I have signed up for my free trial and will of course purchase the full membership once this up. Is it possible to cancel what I have purchased with a refund by any chance. Sorry once again.

I can understand your concern. I see from your record that you have purchased active subscription of AVG Secure VPN, is this the product you would like to activate in your computer? If so, please follow the below steps and check if AVG Secure VPN gets activated in your computer.
Please open the AVG Zen interface and at the top right corner, you can either see your email address or connect option, please click on your email address and select "Leave the Network" and sign in back to your AVG MyAccount. Or if you see "Connect" option, please click on the same and sign in to your AVG MyAccount. After you sign in to your account, please check if the AVG program gets activated, if you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.

The product you have purchased (AVG Secure VPN) is a different program which will be not included in the AVG full membership (AVG Ultimate) subscription. If you still want to go for a refund, then please submit a refund request form here (https://support.avg.com/RefundForm?l=en), once you submit this form, our refund team will contact you as soon as possible via email with the refund confirmation.
