It seems impossible to contact AVG and the Support pages on the website are not helping me.
I have changed my email address (some while ago) on My Account but AVG continue to send emails to my old address. Is there somewhere else I need to change the "address for correspondence purposes"? If I miss an email about subscription renewal or that I need to update my credit card details my subscription will expire and AVG will lose a customer. I won't check this post regularly so if anyone from AVG sees this and cares - PLEASE send me an email. Sorry to post this publicly but I really couldn't see any way to contact AVG directly and the live chat never seems to work.
