I purchased AVG ultimate and installed the internet security and PC tune up. But after I run PC tune up, it asks me to pay again to fix the problems. How do I get it to do what I bought it for without it asking me to pay again?

Yes, this post can be viewed publicily.
It seems that you haven't used the activation code.
We have sent the activation code via email and use it to activate both AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp.
