AVG Vault For iOS

So you’re telling me I have no way of retrieving my information!! Now how am I supposed to do my taxes? There is a pin that the IRS needs in order to even talk to me about changing my password. If nothing else I just need to access it one time so I can get my info out!! And this reason here is another reason I’m pissed you don’t have voice support for mobile customers because now the entire planet can read about my personal problem!!!

May I know if you have synced the files to Google drive on your iPhone and also share a screenshot which shows the error message "there is a server issue and to try again later" while login to AVG MyAccount to assist you further. You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I am using The AVG Vault app on my iPhone 6S+. I am locked out and was asked to verify identity by entering my AVG MyAccount password. Every time I enter it I get a message stating there is a server issue and to try again later. I have my online security credentials in this app that I need access to!  I've been doing this for 4 days now!! What is even more frustrating is a 10 minute phone call (if that) and my issue could've already been resolved but instead it took 4 days and 6 phone calls to the wrong departments to finally get me here so that I can wait another 24-48 hrs to get a response via email. How do I get access to my info?

No. I keep all my sensitive info in as few places as possible. Mainly in this app!!

I understand the inconvenience, however, support is no longer provided for the application as the application itself has been discontinued and there is no way to retrieve the information.

We can only suggest you Uninstall the application. Thank you for understanding!
