Hi there i have just updated AVG Anti Virus to version 18.2 and it says i am not fully protected. However, both my mac and web shield are turned on and green?
Every time i try and update the virus definitions it says not up too date.
Could this be the reason why and how do i fix it?

Dalton, If applicable… For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Now it says protected, but I cannot log into my account.  It says "Password must be 8+ upper/lower letters and numbers.  I am using the same password I just logged into here and it does not work.

Don, are you trying to log into AVG account by clicking on "Log in" option on AVG interface?

Tried to update, but every time it fails (via 'virus definition') :frowning:
