Hello Louis,

I would suggest you disable each component in AVG Dashboard (AVG > menu > Settings > Components) and check which component is blocking Outlook. Also, please let me know the AVG version installed on your PC to assist further.

Do also provide the screenshot (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot)of the error message when AVG is enabled.

I'm sorry to hear about this. May I know if you see AVG add on's on your Outlook. If yes, then please disable or remove that AVG add on's from the outlook and check if the Outlook emails performance is working fine.

There are no add-ins for AVG in my Outlook. However, when I disable AVG entirely, Outlook works fine. This happened on another device of mine. I do not know what was needed to correct the problem.
