My video downloadert did not work even when activated and the option to download in secure browser was active. I then reinstalled but it did not come with the video downloader extension. i need to download from youtube as this is one of my main source of learning. im a developer and i use videos from youtube to help me with training, development and to debug issues so i need to download from youtube. .
Please can someone help me.
on my other laptop i have the video downloader but the button to download does not show up, the developer mode is on but still i cant download.
i created my own support query but when someone replied via email and i replied but the email bounced and said that the email was not recognised and the subject should not be changed. but i have not changed the subject i only replied.
