AVG virus protection product

After paying for your product yesterday 1/22/2022 and using it , my PC immediatly slowed down so slow that I am not able to use it as I need to ! 
I dont know if maybe its because its always running in the background or not but im not a happy customer at this point !
Hopefully this problem can be taking care of so I can continue using this Virus protection product !

We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please let us know the operating system of your computer & clarify whether there is any other antivirus installed on your computer.
Reason being, multiple antivirus on the same computer will compete for resources & conflict with each other. 
Also, let us know when does the performance goes down. Is it while browsing or at startup?
