Ironically, 2 years later, this is still an issue. If I pick Montreal or Vancouver, the Bestbuy Canada website will open with no issue, but using Toronto, I get the "Access Denied" error as mentioned above. I presume this was never fixed. I can turn VPN off for this website, however, it's interesting that the answer provided was to "wait" for the previous user. Obviously users are waiting a long time because this is not resolved.

Open AVG Secure VPN > Click server location at the bottom of the main page > Select any location
If the issue still persists, kindly change the VPN protocol settings
Open AVG Secure VPN > Menu > Go to settings > Experimental - VPN protocol > Mimic then check the issue.
