I have tried many locations, all are the same. It does not always happen sometimes I have no problem with it and it works fine, then it starts up again. The Kill switch was/is not activated. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it many, many times. I only use AVG VPN, I have no other VPN's in this computer. The same with restarting I have done that also many, many times.
It connects to the vpn, no problem and it works fine for a bit then all of the sudden I go offline and I have to shut down the vpn to get it on line. This problem in not constant, sometimes it works ok for a few days before it acts up.
Hello, I am still having problems with my AVG VPN blocking my internet service. Since I was here the last time with the same issue, I have purchased a new router (Asus) and I have had all the incoming lines into the house for my internet replaced. I have had many conversation with my internet provider and they assure me this is not the problem.
When I get disconnected I have to shut down my AVG VPN in order to get my internet service back. If I don't use the AVG Secure VPN, I don't get disconnected.
