AVG VPN cannot update

When attempted to update following an update notification - it gives 'error code 44013', it logs the error in the icarus log, located in the program data folder where AVG resides. It seems it has a problem connecting to the AVG server as it states in this log file. 

When attempting a fresh install - it gives exactly the same error and installation fails again and again.

Now it gives me error "Executing failed! Cannot get icarus files. Error code '44002'. More information in log: 'C:\ProgramData\AVG\Icarus\Logs\Icarus.log'"
