AVG VPN causes "no internet access" when I turn it on

  • Do you have AVG Internet Security installed along with AVG Secure VPN?
  • If yes, please disable AVG Internet Security and check whether AVG Secure VPN works with Internet connection?
  • Please confirm the operating system installed in it. 
  • Have you tried to change the location in AVG Secure VPN and checked?

Hi Veeramani,

I have tried a different location, but that didn't work.  I am using Windows 10.  I do have AVG Internet Security installed.  How do I disable Internet Security?

Every time that I turn VPN on, it changes my internet to "no internet access".  Is there anything that I can do to remedy this?  I already uninstalled and reinstalled VPN and it didn't help.
