Please note that last week I had changed my subscription from monthly to an yearly one. Since past 3 days I have this new one year subscription while noting that my monthly subscription is still valid until 24 May 2021.
This is being said, since the start of using the new subscription I am facing some issues mainly with the windows operating system as well as with some other softwares, video streaming platforms youtube & netflix alike. None of them working properly now.
First I thought the problem is from the Windows 8.1 system that I was using since long time. This in mind I've upgraded my OS to windows 10. Then it was working fine. But, once I had downloaded AVG VPN, the same issue started again. Whether VPN on or off, the problem persists. If uninstalled, they works properly.
An example to say, if I browse from google chrome or any other browser, let's say going from google home to youtube or my netflex account, automatically in few seconds it returns back me to the google home.
Appreciate your urgent help.
