Could you people please just come clean and admit that your VPN is chronically broken and come up with a way to fix it instead of trying to pass it off as our fault, or a problem with our ISP or computer or something? And don’t try to shut me up by telling me to write my little problem in an email, or letting your little Clippy take over my computer. I’ve done that, and it still doesn’t work. So I’m stuck with this thing I’ve paid for for a year and the worse thing about it is there’s no real way to turn it off.
