AVG VPN disconnected after iOS devices go to lock screen status

I have raised this issue within 30 trial days...at 25th June 2020 around 17:42

the AVG VPN app status is like below with the auto-connect function not configured
 
iOS device:
AVG VPN (connected manually) ----- lock screen (around 3-5mins) -----> AVG VPN (disconnected) ----- Start to use phone ------> AVG VPN won't connect again automatically
 
But on the other brand, Avast Secure VPN (I remember AVG is under Avast, it bought AVG at the Year 2016), it can do the auto-connect again without configuring the auto-connect function.
the Avast VPN status like below.

Avast VPN (connected manually) ----- lock screen (around 3-5mins) -----> Avast VPN (disconnected) ----- Start to use phone ------> Avast VPN will connect again automatically
 
Can you help me use the AVG VPN like Avast VPN, or you let me refund...
