AVG VPN does not accept Active License

I have twice sent the information to AVG support to solve the AVG Security VPN problem through request # 06637409, but so far nothing has been resolved. The VPN does not work on Windows 7 and displays the message "Your Security VPAN test has expired" even though I have a valid license! I quit! I want my money back!
