Thank you for getting back to me so quickly but I have already tried the above Troubleshooter and it doesn't work for me.

I have exactly the same issue. What is the FIX AVG?

Hi, I recently purchased the AVG VPN and it works well when browsing the net etc. but I have a problem with sending emails using Microsoft Outlook. The emails return a System Undeliverable message.
I have tried a number of methods including changing the ports to 465 or 587 on the outgoing server but this failed to work.
Also tried changing location (I'm in Australia). Melbourne was the default so I tried New Zealand, USA and Singapore but none of these changes made any difference to the "SEND" issue.  Receiving emails works fine.
Can you help please?

Please write back in this post, if you're able to send emails from VPN is disabled.

Then, we need to collect logs and escalate it to our higher level support.<br>
Awaiting your response.

To escalate this further, I have sent an email with the steps to collect AVG logs.

Once it is done, please reply to the email confirming the same. Then, we can inform it to our senior team and request them to contact you via email.
