Avg vpn for Samsung tablet

It is installed and when initially installed for the first monmont free it operated OK.   I received an email to say the free period is over and when I logged in avg secure vpn and proxy would not activate.  it stated check Internet and error code

The AVG mobile team will reply to you via email with a resolution.
