Avg vpn ip address

Thank you for waiting, Noel.

Yes, all IP addresses mentioned above belongs to us. AVG Secure VPN will hide user's IP address when it is turned on.

Hi Avinash,

One of our users showed he accessed his email from those IP addresses. If he didn't access them from those IP addresses then we need to do something on our end.

Thank you,
Noel

Hi Ranjani,

Thanks so much! I enter valid for all of them.

Best Regards,
Noel

Hello,

I'd like to confirm that the following IP addresses belong to AVG VPN: 198.23.76.133 to 135, 198.23.76.166 (Santa Clara & Tropicana, CA), 209.58.133.173 & 174 (Buena Vista Park & San Jose, CA).

Thank you!

Thank you Balasubramanian!

Hi Balasubramanian,

It looks like our user signed on to his email outside of our normal IP address. The user said he uses AVG VPN and may have logged on to his email using AVG VPN.

We'd like to ensure that his email has not been compromised. If they're not your IP addresses, then I will mark those as invalid logons.

Thank you,
Noel

Hi Noel,

Let me check this with our senior team and get back to you.
Your patience is much appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi, Noel.
May we ask what is the reason for clarifying the IP addresses?

You are most welcome, Noel.

I appreciate that!

Thank you, have a great day!

Noel, we aren't sure about the exact concern that you are trying to explain here.
Could you specify the concern with the IP address and how it is related to our AVG Secure VPN?
