AVG VPN license banned

When I try to activate the VPN I get the error:
License Banned!
Sorry this license has been banned. For more info, please contact support.

My AVG Ultimate is up to date until 2025. It had worked fine up until last week. There were no solutions in the community. 
I attempted to contact support through the chat, but all I get is a spinning wheel. 
I do not see any way to email support.
I see that one other poster has had this issue but there was no resolution.
How do I email support to get this fixed?
