I would like to use a VPN service but all of them, including NORD and AVG do not allow my computer to sync with Microsoft cloud service (One Drive) unless I turn it off. So I don‘t use the VPN.

Try ExpressVPN. I think there is a free version or a trial period.
When I open my computer I automatically run AVG security scan and check resolve when it shows issue that file from microsoft cloud is problem. I use the VPN but I think this happens with the VPN on or off.
I turned it off and never used it because it barely let me connect to anything
