AVG VPN not connecting

My AVG VPN will not connect and troubleshoot shows error MV74CM. As chat support doesnt seem to work either can anyone on here help? I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still not working.

Just as a troubleshooting step, please disable AVG firewall protection temporarily and verify if the VPN connection can be established. 
If you have a conflicting VPN app or another antivirus installed, remove them and try connecting. 

If the issue persists, to analyze it further, I need to submit your concern to our senior technicians along with other diagnostic logs.
