a) Int. connection is fine
b) I'm running Pi-Hole - whitelisted Blocked Queries AVG VPN made ( xxxx.avast.com )
c) Turned off router firewall settings, didn't help
d) I changed locations, none of them work

Have you tried to repair your AVG Secure VPN program on your PC and then check if it helps?
Right-click the Windows Start button and select Apps and Features from the menu that appears.

Ensure that Apps & features is selected in the left panel, then click AVG Secure VPN, and select Uninstall.

If prompted by the User Account Control dialog for permissions, click Yes.

When the AVG Setup wizard appears, click Repair.

Wait while setup repairs AVG Secure VPN on your PC.

When the repair is complete, click Done.

Restart your PC

Open the AVG Secure VPN and check.

When I open AVG VPN application I get the following Error message: "Please connect to the internet to use your VPN"
The VPN never connects to anything.

No, repairing and restarting doesn't do anything.
No, this doesn't help.
I uninstalled AVG VPN then used Revo to find and delete all leftover regisrty items and all leftover common files like AVG/Icarus* stuff etc. I Reinstalled AVG as an admin. Exactly the same as before…
I get the error message "Please connect to the internet to use your VPN" and i Can't "turn it on" via the middle on/off button.
I tried to change locations, US, EU, Asia - nothing. No place works.
